We are pleased to welcome Dr. Katherine Randolph to the Caris team! Dr. Randolph is a native of Alabama and completed her undergraduate degree at Clemson University in Biomedical Engineering . She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, during which time she completed externships at the Tuscaloosa Veterans Hospital and two separate private practices. Following Optometry school she completed her residency in ocular disease and ocular and refractive surgery at Georgia Eye Partners in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Randolph has also completed her fellowship with the American Academy of Optometry.
She has experience with contact lens fitting, pediatrics, and surgical co-management for procedures such as LASIK and cataract surgery.
Dr. Randolph is involved in several professional organizations including the Georgia Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the American Academy of Optometry. She enjoys giving back to the community by providing free infant eye exams through the American Optometric Assocation's InfanSEE program. In her free time, Dr. Randolph enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and attending Clemson football games with her husband.
